What We Represent

The Company

Recovery Management and Wellness Consultants, LLC, (MCR Global Inc.) was formed in July, 2008 to develop behavioral health consultation services throughout Wisconsin. The invention, an array of digital devices combined with an On Demand Crisis Response Transmittal Service™ DBA MCR Global Inc. entered the market and was launched in early 2009. Theis & Associates, LLC was established in 2002 as a registered LLC in Wisconsin.

MCR Global Inc. is a minority-owned privately-held firm. The firm currently has protection of its intellectual property and trade names under provisional patent application approval on 11/17/08. The Trademark approval was granted on July 14th, 2009 under the Registration Number TXu 1- 608-776.
The Provisional Application was accepted on 11/17/08. The Registration Number is: 61/199, 383.Confirmation No.:4941(see Appendix)

The firm’s founder invented these digital devices designed to enhance one’s digital lifestyle. The array of digital devices includes as a standard feature, an abundance of self-help toolkits and resources which promote healthy lifestyle and problem-solving skill development.

Below are brief descriptions of each digital device.

  • My e-PHR card™ a PHR on line at: www.mycrisisrecords.com. This URL is on an independent, secure, private web based server designed for persons who prefer to create and maintain their PHR on line.
  • My Wellness Capsule™ a PHR digital device designed for wellness-seeking persons. The device features a seamless and matched referral to certified wellness coach throughout the world. Registration Number: TXu 1-608-776 effective date of registration July 14,2009
