As a result of this principle belief and vision we “pushed the envelope” and created a paradigm shift to a consumer-driven IT business model within the traditional provider-driven model. This effort towards a shift was a result of the passion we have and belief in health care consumer need for empowerment tools and methods to be fully engage in their health care. This new responsibility will improve health care outcomes which is the essence that inspired the creation of our products and services.

The founder, a visionary social worker realized the provider-driven IT health care industry had unleashed Electronic Medical Records (EMR’s) and PHR’s with little if any consideration or input from consumers with “special needs.” Consequently, the social needs of these vulnerable consumers have unintentionally fallen short while a provider-driven electronic medical record system and personal health record system emerged throughout the health care system.

Our business planning remains focused on the consumer as an active participant in their health care services. This vision and mindset led to the creation and variety of features designed within each of the unique consumer-driven digital devices and their methods.
