It is the member's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the member's MCR GLOBAL Inc. and information on the site. If questions arise regarding the presence or absence of a medical condition, members are encouraged to consult their physician to clarify any uncertainty.
• Guarantee or warranty that the digital device, crisis card, data transmittal service or site will prevent death, lead to improved health outcomes or reduce medical error.
• Guarantee or warranty that the digital device, crisis card, transmittal service or site will be accessed or used by emergency medical personnel.
• Accept responsibility for errors printed on the MY Crisis Card™. We encourage members to review the card when printed for the accuracy of information displayed.
• Guarantee or warranty that our website and transmittal service will be available to members and medical personnel at all times. We will strive to have our site and transmittal service available at all times, but such technology has occasional software, mechanical, or service issues that need repair.
• Accept responsibility for or guarantee the medical services performed by a medical provider, such as a physician, nurse, hospital, or any other healthcare provider.

GENERAL TERMS

Refund Policy. MCR GLOBAL Inc. desires our customers to be satisfied with the product and service provided. Occasionally, material defects or printing errors can occur in the process of printing the MY Crisis Cards™. Such defects include but are not limited to missing or flawed text characters. We suggest that you examine you’re MY Crisis Card™ immediately upon printing it. We will gladly replace lost digital devices within 30 days of receiving your request. Replacement can be ordered for a nominal fee.

Applicable Laws. MCR GLOBAL Inc. from its offices within the United States of America controls this Site. MCR GLOBAL Inc. makes representation that the Content in this Site is appropriate and available for use in locations other than the United States. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the Content in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms of Use (whether for breach of contract, tortuous conduct or otherwise) and any claim relating to the Content shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Wisconsin. Partner/Charity agreements constitute a mutually beneficial relationship in which partners or partner member communities align with MCR GLOBAL Inc. to derive special services, discounts, or promotions. In the case of charities, this relationship may also cause a portion of MCR GLOBAL Inc. sales to be directed to such organizations in support of their fundraising efforts. These relationships do not, however, constitute an endorsement of partner/charity products or a relationship linking MCR GLOBAL Inc. to the function or performance of such products or services. Additionally, although MCR GLOBAL Inc. partner/charity products or the MCR GLOBAL Inc. site may, with permission, display partner identification, brand, or logo information, the relationships do not reflect an endorsement or guarantee by partner/charity organizations toward MCR GLOBAL Inc. on the content and performance of MCR GLOBAL Inc. products or services.

Additional Terms. Arbitration and Venue. Any dispute which should arise between a customer(s) and MCR GLOBAL Inc. shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and any legal actions by either customer(s) or MCR GLOBAL Inc. shall be brought in Greendale, State of Wisconsin.

Acceptance of Terms. You acknowledge you have read, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. You further agree to comply with all local laws, regulations and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.
